For SELLERS we will evaluate your gym business as well as help broker the sale. We have taken part in many sales, mergers and acquisitions serving clients on a Canadian-wide basis in both the small independent gyms and fitness centers up through the large private and corporate holding facilities. Potential buyers will be open and willing to pay your asking price when the facility has been audited and evaluated by an independent third-party professional. We will also help prevent "tire-kickers" by pre-approving potential buyers.

For BUYERS, we will perform a 360-degree evaluation on the entire business operations & equipment to ensure that there are no surprises moving forward. We'll provide our honest opinions and recommendations. If you need it, we can also assist in financing the entire sale!

Designed for individuals and business owners that need more guidance and personal consultation when working to advance their own goals and to increase their business’s success. This package sets the foundation and facilitates ongoing contact to produce success.

Standard Package
  • Two 60-90 minute consultation calls to discuss business and marketing strategies and to work on projects. This time can include virtual meetings with vendors, business development, team meetings, advising on technology, etc.
  • Client may schedule 30 minute consultations as needed, to discuss their business.
  • Consultant will also review documents emailed for advise and review.
Custom Consulting
  • Four 60-90 minute consultation calls.
Assist with talking to vendors, clients, strategic partners and more to make sure business objectives are surpassed. The custom consulting package can also be designed to include working on-site for clients, traveling to conferences or meetings to represent the client, and more.
  • Client may schedule 30 minute consultations as needed, to discuss their business.
  • Consultant will also review documents emailed for advise and review.

Maintenance Package
  • Once a month check-in meetings to review all aspects of the business and offer insights and feedback on current and long term business operations, marketing, sales, business development, partnerships and more.
  • Client may schedule a 30 minute consultation to discuss their business.
